DREAM KITCHEN GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Dream Kitchen Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Redo Cabinets, Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 365 Balm Court, Wood Dale, Illinois 60191.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to:
• Legal residents of Illinois and Wisconsin residing within Sponsor’s designated service areas
• Individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
The following individuals are not eligible:
• Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor
• Immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members
• Any affiliated agencies, vendors, or partners involved in administration
Void where prohibited.
3. Sweepstakes Period
Begins at 12:00 AM Central Time on May 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on August 31, 2026.
Drawing will take place on or about September 1, 2026.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter via:
• Online form submissions
• Social media promotions
• In-person events or showrooms
• Mail-in entries to:
Redo Cabinets, Inc.
365 Balm Court
Wood Dale, IL 60191
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 25, 2026 and received by August 31, 2026.
Participation in any sales presentation, consultation, or marketing activity is not required to enter or win and will not increase the odds of winning except through properly disclosed bonus entry opportunities that are equally available via a free alternative method of entry.
5. Entry Limitations
• Limit one (1) base entry per person unless otherwise specified
• Additional promotional entries may be offered
• Fraudulent, automated, or duplicate entries may be disqualified
6. Bonus Entry Opportunities
Participants may earn bonus entries, including:
• Up to five (5) bonus entries for completing an in-home design consultation
• Sponsor may offer promotional bonus entries in connection with certain marketing or promotional activities during the Sweepstakes Period, including:
• Completing qualifying promotional activities during the Sweepstakes Period, which may include entering into a qualifying remodeling agreement with Sponsor
• Other promotional activities disclosed in marketing materials
• Participants may receive up to twenty (20) bonus entries in connection with such activities.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Equivalent bonus entries may also be obtained without purchase through the free alternative method of entry described in these Official Rules.
Equal Free Method of Entry:
Participants may obtain the same number of bonus entries without completing a consultation or without entering into a qualifying remodeling agreement with Sponsor by submitting a written request including:
Full Name, Address, City, State, ZIP, Phone, Email, and statement:
“Request for Bonus Entries – Dream Kitchen Giveaway”
Mail to Sponsor address listed above.
Each valid request receives equal bonus entries.
Maximum total entries per participant shall not exceed twenty-one (21) entries unless otherwise expressly disclosed by Sponsor in writing.
7. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize:
Kitchen remodeling package with Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) up to $30,000.
Includes:
• Cabinet refacing
• Countertops
• Backsplash
• Cabinet doors and hardware
• Design consultation
Conditions:
• Maximum Retail Value (MRV): $30,000
• No cash substitution except at Sponsor discretion
• Costs exceeding $30,000 are responsibility of winner
• Non-transferable
• Subject to home evaluation and feasibility
• Selection of products, materials, colors, styles, and installation schedule shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
8. Winner Selection and Odds
Winner selected via random drawing.
Odds depend on number of entries received.
9. Winner Notification
Winner will be notified via phone, email, or mail.
Must respond within 5 days and complete:
• Affidavit of Eligibility
• Liability Release
• Publicity Release
10. Installation Requirements
• Must be within Illinois or Wisconsin service areas
• Winner must be homeowner
• Property must be suitable
Sponsor may modify scope or substitute prize if necessary.
11. Taxes
Winner is responsible for all taxes. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099.
12. Publicity
Entrants grant Sponsor permission to use name, likeness, and location for marketing.
13. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes and disqualify participants.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny entries that do not comply with these Official Rules.
14. Release of Liability
Entrants release Sponsor and affiliates from liability.
15. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor not responsible for lost entries, technical failures, or errors.
16. Governing Law
Governed by laws of Illinois and Wisconsin.
Disputes handled individually in appropriate courts.
17. Privacy
Information may be used for administration and marketing purposes.
18. Winner List
Requests must be submitted within 60 days to Sponsor address.
19. Platform Disclaimer
Not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform.
20. Agreement to Rules
Entry constitutes agreement to all rules and Sponsor decisions.
